About this upgrade

This plug & play module is designed for Mercedes vehicles equipped with the NTG 5.0, NTG 5.1, or NTG 5.2 system, giving you a smooth, factory-style upgrade while keeping the original interior and controls unchanged.
Compatibility
Compatible with Mercedes vehicles equipped with the NTG 5, NTG 5.1, or NTG 5.2 system, typically found in vehicles from around 2014 to 2019. It works across all Mercedes models as long as the vehicle is equipped with an NTG 5-series system. It is not compatible with older NTG systems or newer MBUX systems. Sound & Audio Integration
Sound quality remains the same or can be improved thanks to the built-in DSP audio processing. The module uses the original Mercedes Bluetooth system when available. If Bluetooth audio is not present, sound is transmitted via AUX with stable and clear audio quality. Factory sound systems remain fully supported, and audio behavior stays OEM-like with no delays or distortion.

Navigation apps, music, calls, messages, and voice assistants work directly through the factory screen. The system focuses only on essential features to ensure reliability and ease of use.
